We met in the messy middle of change management, where leadership, culture, and operations collide—and discovered a shared passion for helping leaders move beyond surface-level change into meaningful, sustainable transformation.

Anique Coffee is a Growth Strategist and leadership coach, supporting founders, senior leaders, and teams at the intersection of creativity and clarity.
She blends deep listening, facilitation, somatic awareness, and practical strategy to help people navigate change, build self-awareness, and choose what’s next—especially in the tension of growth.
A former Silicon Valley Sales and Marketing leader turned Growth Strategist, Anique has spent over a decade activating brands, building communities, and driving impact for companies like LEGO, Pinterest, Cartier, and WeWork.
Anique’s approach combines strategic clarity with deep, human-centered leadership development—helping organizations unlock the kind of growth that lasts far beyond the next milestone.
She’s passionate about working with leaders who care as much about how they grow as how far they go, balancing ambition with well-being, and vision with values.
When she’s not collaborating with clients, you can find Anique outdoors, hiking in the forest, exploring a new trail, or chasing after her toddler in the sunshine.
Leah Zalinski
Co-founder of Gather + Grow

Leah Zalinski is a fractional operations leader and growth strategist who helps founders and leadership teams grow without carrying it alone.
With 20+ years of experience in agency operations and complex program leadership, Leah supports organizations in the in-between season — when the work is strong, but the way it runs still relies too heavily on one person. Leah’s work brings the outer structure that makes space for the inner work of leadership: clear priorities, clean decision-making, roles that hold, and operating rhythms the team can actually sustain.
Leah is known for turning what feels messy and overwhelming into a plan that’s calm, human, and implementable — so momentum moves through the whole team, not up to the founder.
Outside of work, Leah loves being active, is a proud 3x boy mom and Scouting enthusiast, and protects time for a weekly “My Day Friday” reset — often in a museum or somewhere outdoors.
