About your hosts:
Anique Coffee is a mum, coach, connector, fire-starter and space-creator. She’s a marketer-turned-growth strategist, with a focus on supporting human-centric leaders to grow in their unique way.
As a Culture and Growth Strategist, Anique works alongside leaders from startups to large enterprise companies to build resilient workplace cultures, full of empowered people who love who they are and what they do.
She thrives in spaces where intention, community and connection is abundant - and where nature is at the heart.
She loves to create transformative spaces where curious humans feel empowered to grow, lead and evolve.
Alice Katter is a curator of people and ideas, driven by design, culture and imagination.
With a background in social psychology, her work brings deep cultural insights, research and people-centered design to shape culture and community within and beyond the workplace. Over the past years, she worked alongside creative networks and companies such as Dropbox Design, kyu Collective, WorkingNotWorking and NOBL and lived across the globe from Vienna to London and NYC. In between she has spent months investigating work and life in Mexico, California, Italy, and Barcelona, to name a few. These experiences and beliefs led her to launch Out of Office Network, a research + design lab reimagining the way we work and live in a modern world, and publish her book “Reimagining the Nature of Work” in 2023.
