A former Silicon Valley Sales and Marketing leader turned Growth Strategist, Anique has spent over a decade activating brands, building communities, and driving impact for companies like LEGO, Pinterest, Cartier, and WeWork.
Through Gather and Grow, Anique partners with purpose-driven founders, executives, and teams to navigate change, align with their vision, and build thriving, people-first organizations that grow sustainably.
Anique’s approach combines strategic clarity with deep, human-centered leadership development—helping organizations unlock the kind of growth that lasts far beyond the next milestone.
She’s passionate about working with leaders who care as much about how they grow as how far they go, balancing ambition with well-being, and vision with values.

She works alongside leadership teams to accelerate growth, streamline operations, and prepare for what’s next as they scale—all while keeping the focus on delivering impactful, innovative work.
Leah is passionate about empowering leaders to run their businesses with intention and balance. Her approach is anchored in operational efficiency, strong team dynamics, and scalable solutions, resulting in improved profitability, stronger performance, and readiness for sustainable growth.
Beyond her work, Leah is a fitness enthusiast focused on strength training, a proud Boy Scout mom, and an active member of the grassroots activist group Action Ridge. Her weekly “My Day Friday” ritual is dedicated to recharging, whether through a museum visit or connecting with nature.
