OUTCOME: Leaders will emerge as visionary, strategic, and effective agents of change within their organizations. They will have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to set and communicate a compelling vision, create a supportive environment for change, strategically plan and execute initiatives, and lead their teams through transformation with resilience and motivation.
